I started this novel on 12/05/2024 and finished it on 06/06/2026, so it took me over two years to finish (though not in one continuous run).

I originally read up to chapter 390 and dropped it because I was craving a pure cultivation setting, whereas the story kept pivoting to Western fantasy and faith-based worlds. Later, when I had nothing else to read, I picked it back up and powered through the rest in a few days.

The beginning (first ~390 chapters) was great—I'd easily rate that first half 3.9 / 5.0. But the second half felt forced, repetitive with its world-conquering loops, and the ending was unsatisfying because it felt like the prologue to a brand-new arc rather than a true conclusion. Overall, my final rating sits at 2.9 / 5.0.

Before this it was very good and exciting, but this world's power system I don't like at all. It's boring as hell.
